Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs permitted and prohibited uses of VORYNEX PRIVATE LIMITED’s (“Vorynex”, “we”, “us”) website and Services. This policy supports security, regulatory expectations, and enterprise-grade operational integrity.

1) General obligations

  • - Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
  • - Maintain accurate account information and protect credentials.
  • - Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality obligations.
  • - Follow all policies referenced in our Terms & Conditions.

2) Prohibited activities

You must not, directly or indirectly:

  • - Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activity.

  • - Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the integrity or performance of the Services (including through excessive requests or abuse).

3) Security & compliance controls

We may implement monitoring, throttling, verification, and other controls to protect systems and maintain compliance. We may request additional information for identity verification or risk review, particularly in cases of unusual activity, disputes, or payment anomalies.

4) Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take action including: warnings, rate limiting, temporary suspension, termination, refusal of service, and cooperation with law enforcement/regulators where required. We may preserve evidence and logs associated with violations, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

6) Updates
