Subscription & Billing Policy

This policy explains subscription, billing, payment processing, and renewal practices for VORYNEX PRIVATE LIMITED (“Vorynex”, “we”, “us”) digital services and SaaS subscriptions. It is intended to provide fintech and enterprise-grade transparency.
1) Billing models
Services may be offered via (a) one-time payments for digital access/credits (where applicable), (b) recurring subscriptions (monthly, annual, or other periods), or (c) enterprise contracts governed by a written order form/statement of work.
2) Recurring billing & renewals
If you enable recurring billing, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Renewal charges are billed to the payment method on file through our payment partners, subject to availability and authorization.
3) Payment processing
Payments are processed through recognised payment partners. We typically receive transaction metadata such as payment status, amount, and reference IDs for reconciliation and support. We do not intentionally store complete payment instrument details; such data is handled by payment partners per their compliance standards.
4) Failed payments
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may retry the charge where permitted, notify you, and/or suspend access until payment is resolved. Continued access may require updating your payment method. Where required for risk controls, we may restrict access pending verification.
5) Invoices, receipts & records
We may issue invoices/receipts electronically to your registered email. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing details. For enterprise contracts, invoicing is governed by the applicable order form.
6) Taxes
Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and governmental levies. Where required, we may collect and remit taxes as per applicable law.
7) Cancellations
You may cancel recurring subscriptions through available account controls or by contacting support. Cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not reverse charges already incurred for the current billing period unless explicitly stated or required by law.
8) Refunds
Refund eligibility and timelines are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where feasible, subject to payment partner and bank processing timelines.
9) Chargebacks & risk controls
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in temporary suspension while we investigate. To protect customers and payment integrity, we may maintain audit logs and provide transaction metadata and service access records to payment partners/banks for dispute resolution.
10) Account suspension for compliance
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts due to suspected fraud, policy violations, or compliance requirements. We may request additional verification to protect customer data and payment integrity.
